Our volcanic stone cheese board is great for sharing charcuterie, cheeses or other small bites amongst family or friends. Each board is hand crafted in Tecalli de Herrera, Puebla. The town's name means "stone house," derived from "where the houses of stone are" in Nahuatl. This community has been dedicated to quarrying and carving stone, specifically onyx, marble and volcanic stone for over 500 years.
